I am writing this sitting in the living room of the house Wilbur’s team help me buy. Charlotte, the agent he assigned to us was willing to show us houses until we found the one. Wilber Lane did a great job job for me. I picked Wilber because he was the realter how help me sell my mother's place. With my move across the country for employment, he handle thing for me that I would have been or should do if I was still in the area. When my home security alarm when off, he was able to show up turn the alarm off and determine that it was a false alarm. He was able to advise me on what to do when the the first buyer fell through because of the buyers financial issues.

Stephanie knew exactly what we were looking for and provided us with everything that fit our criteria. When we decided upon new construction, She guided us every step of the way ensuring that we were aware of all loop holes. My husband received short orders to move to Georgia from Washington and had 45 days to find a house and do a full DITY move.
